i called in ever since 8 am this morning to apply for a loan my account was paid up on monday. i spoke to mbali who said she would log a call with the IT department for my account to be updated because when im trying to apply it kept on saying account suspended. mbali never bothered to get back to with feedback i had to call her throughout the day with my airtime and my time. i ended up being frustrated and advising her this is such an inconvenience and i going to put this on hello peter she said u can go ahead. as for lesedi she is very rude, i dont even know where to start i suggest her QA should start couching her as you going to lose a lot of customers because of her.
