******* deduction of money

<p>In January R25 was deducted from my account witohut my authorisation. I phoned GetBucks and they said that I would be refunded the amount and the debit order cancelled. I did not receive the refund. In February, the amount was again deducted. I phoned again and again I was **** to and told that both amounts would be refunded and the debit ordered cancelled by the next day. I phoned two days later to complain that the money had not been refunded and again I was **** to and told it would be refunded. I am now considering taking legal action. </p>
