I still regret the day I took the loan

I took a loan with you guys and paid it off on January this year. It's been 12 months since I paid it but it's still reflecting on ICT that I owe you guys. After many attempts still it's not removed this is my 3rd Hello Peter complaints. I went through your Hello Peter account everyone is complaining about you guys not removing their names off ICT. I paid all my accounts and they all removed but your account which I paid it first still not removed and my ITC ratings is down I have been trying to buy a house no luck because of you guys. I regret the day I took that loan I will never even recommend anyone to use you guys. Please please remove my name from credit bearue
