I never took out a loan in March 2016

Please, please - Fix your system. Your system shows that I have an<br> active loan taken up on the 20th of March 2016. I never took out a<br> loan - the last time I took up a loan was on the 20th of Feb 2016.<br> I settled all my loans on the 18th of March including those that were to be paid later - I had no reason to take a loan,<br> <br> I thought I might have been mistaken but not the case as I went<br> through my bank transactions and I never received any funds from Getbucks amounting<br> to R1800 on the 20th of March 2016. The 20th was on a Sunday, I never took out any loan.<br> <br> I even checked for the contract on your system and non exist.<br> <br> Please fix ASAP as I have already received an SMS indicating a due debit order.
