How difficult is it to update an account?????

I have paid getbucks as per our agreement,I was told that as soon I pay outstanding balance my account will be updated and I will be supp**** with a paid up letter immediately three days later I am still waiting and when you call their accounts collection centre they seem not to answer their calls and when they do they will give you another number that just rings and never gets answered.Honestly its annoying having to be chasing people that are paid to do a certain task and they seem not be doing it,but if you don't pay your account they are so quick to call you.its a shame that they will respond to this query since I am posting it here.
