Horrible/Worst Service ever

Horrible service ever all they say is "we are still waiting a feedback from account department to confirm when funds will be release yet there are no specific date when should you expect the funds." ... 5 days later.

It would be better is they typed different messages with their own English, that way it would feel better because this copy and paste is just so frustrating.

I doubt i will ever user their service when this gets resolved.
