Horrible service, No Feedback - Unhelpful support team

<p>I app**** for a loan much earlier this afternoon and have still not received feedback as to whether my loan is approved or even being reviewed ( as the getbucks system did not even aknowledge my application). </p> <p>I wrote into the help desk, chatted to Michelle, she promised somebody would call me to atleast inform/advise me if I should re-appy or that they were reviewing it. </p> <p>I am still waiting for the support team to get back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is extremely frustrating as in my previous dealings with Getbucks(which has been frequent) the loan gets approved much quicker and I am usually informed on the process at all times.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist me in resolving this query. </p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>Mitch Adams</p>
