HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM GETSURE LEGAL

<p>GetBuks is amazing and I love their services, this message goes to getsure legal. Somehow I cant get through to GetSure Legal.</p> <p> </p> <p>3 month ago they called me to offer a legal policy and I accepted the offer BUT they didnt sent me my policy documents as agreed and then cancelled the service. A month later a ask to join again thinking that the service would be better but I still experinced the same problem but this time I didnt cancel the services because the Mananger (****ens)promised to sort out my issue, it have been over 2 months now. I dont have my policy number and I can access their services online. To make matters worse now they have debitted my account twice this month on the same day. I really dont understand what is happening and I am really frustated because I have been so patient with them. </p> <p> </p> <p>Someone please hear my cry and sort out this mess. I just want my policy number, access to online services and some of my money returned because I didnt agree to being debitted twice.</p>
