Horrible service and turnaround time

Did debit order mandate 48 hrs ago and no funds. No communication whatsoever from them, you gotta chat with them on their website and they never give you a straight answer, just “ we’ve escalated to credit, check End of business”. I’m still waiting. This is a horrible experience.
