Horrible Service.
Loan approved on Monday, debit order mandates done on the same day & now it’s a Friday still no funds and no communications whatsoever. Do these people think emergencies wait for the money to arrive? The loan already shows on my dashboard and credit report but haven’t even got a notification. This is horrible service.
