HORRIBLE SERVICE

My Getbucks loan account was handed over to Ismail & Dahya Attorneys & MBD Legal collections , not really sure for how long, however they have contacted me and gave the amount of settlement after threatening and harassing me with SMS notifications of blacklisting me, they gave me a settlement amount and i paid it of, and sent them proof of payment, , i have been listed by them on my credit profile, its been more than 3 months, no paid up letter, my credit profile still not updated which is inconveniencing me big time, No one is prepared to take take ownership of the query at Getbucks , MBD Legal Collection & smail & Dahya Attorneys, everyone is passing the buck.
