horrible service

I was owing GetBucks and they handed me over to their lawyers and I settled this account last year already. the listing is there on my ITC report and the most shocking thing is that the listing appears twice, one paid and one unpaid, I have tried to contact you several times for the past few weeks as the lawyers said can't help me as the account is now settled, I have been put through one wrong department to another with no luck. this is affecting my credit score badly, can this be fixed asap, please call me on ********** 066 asap
