higher loan instalment than that of the recorded line
i took out a loan with get bucks in november for a R1000 with my 1st instalment due in Jan.early january i had a telephonic discussion with one of the get bucks consultants who extended my loan from a R1000 to R8000 at an instalment of just over R1100 per month for 6 months as per the recording.they have now sent me a copy of the contract but it says R1800 for 6 months
thats unfair business practice
i agreed to the new loan at R1100 not at 1800
the company didnt respond to my email
