I app**** in February and during that they were having issues with their systems regarding paying out loans. It took a couple of days going through their call centr agets who cldnt assist was even more fustrating. However i managed to get through to their complaints officer by the name of Henni my issue was resolved imidiately and recieved my money the next day as he promised.well done to His customer excellent service
