Handed over after debit order not done

I app**** for a loan in December 2014 and the payments was supposed to be deducted from my account at the end of January and February 2015. When the debit order did not go off in Jan I phoned Getbucks in Jhb to arrange for payment to go off. I left several messages but no one ever phoned back. At the end of Feb the debit order was loaded and went off against my account. Now I see that I was handed over to a debt collection agency for the last payment that is supposed to go off this month.<br> Why do I get a bad credit rating when Getbucks can't get either their accounts or personnel to phone when several messages is left. I'm not able to apply to any bank for a study loan for my daughter now because of their stuff up
