Great service from Koketso

Good day

I would like to commend Koketso on going the extra mile and helping to resolve my problem. I had spoken to quite a few people before and not been helped adaquately, but when Koketso was handed the phone- she apologised and said we are in the wrong... which never happens and I could leave it in her capable hands and within 20mins the problem was solved. Thank you!

With Christmas coming up I hope she gets an added bonus.
