Hi<br> <br> I made use of your online system for the first time today, and it was effortless.<br> <br> Although I was somewhat disappointed after getting excited about the online electronic banking verification (which did not work after 3 tries, shows my bank account and picks up the correct salary transaction up tot he cent but shows an error afterwards that the salary could not be verified) I opted for the document upload option.<br> <br> I wanted to just take the time to congratulate you on your awesome website and awesome process. The whole concept of the countdown timer is brilliant. Even the website and dashboard looks a lot better as opposed to the competitors, and adding the monthly repayment option is also great (which the competitors don't have). It was a pleasant, fast and great experience, thanks for providing such a great service!<br> <br> Keep up the good work.
