Great Approval - No Funds - Whats the Point

I fail to understand how one can be charged interest daily once the loan has been approved however has not received the funds from wallet to account.

on your online chat, you are either 45th to 65th in the queue, when you call your call center, you move from 1st in line, to 12th and than an endless cycle of what I can only describe as a TERRBILE CUSTOMER EXPRERIENCE.

thank you for approving, however why must I be penalized when you wont actually give me the funds.....
