Good Customer Service Bad Payout

After my previous review complaining about their customer service Lunga contacted me explained everything and I was happy. I re app**** as she told me and It was declined again I contacted Lunga again, she was happy to help. She told me something was dobe wrong and she assigned Mmakabelo to help me. I sent the application to Mmakabelo, even though she took her time to actually assist me she eventually did. I called Lunga again for a follow up after few minutes I was approved. I'm very happy to have been assisted by Lubga and Mmakabelo it seems they have a lot of experience in this industry.

I was happy to see the approval I waited for the funds, still nothing so I decided to check with the online support team they told me I should check nexy week because their systems are offline. Bottom line is I app**** at Getbucks and have been waiting patiently for the funds because I need them urgently but they aren't aware of that. I'm losing my valuables because of their system. I'm very disappointed with their payout.
