GOING STRAIGHT TO OMBUDSMAN.

Sometime last year I took a loan of 3200.paid the loan so there is not a cent I owe.Confirm all that with agent and got a statement.2 months later get an sms my account will be debitted no amount indicated.called them to enquire about this as my loan was paid.turned out your finance department captured payments incorrectly and was informed that it will be rectified.i received no feedback after sending follow up emails on numerous occasions . yesterday I received their reply byIinforming me that I have been handed over to their lawyer's for a mistake that they made and my loan is paid up.Ive never received such unprofessionalism from a company.They are even non compliant with FAIS Act.i want you guys to rectify your mistakes.iwillmake sure everyone knows what *****'s you are and to rather loan money from Wonga.To date I have received no feedback.you should close the company if you cannot be professional and accurate...
