Getting 100% customer service.

I have always been getting loans from get bucks for a while now and in June when i app**** for it i got approved like always ,but i used to use their e-wallet transferred service ,it happened that i changed y number and i never received my funds when i transferred my funds.I called since from June and i got NO Help the staff did not know what to do.But today 2017.10.06 i got helped by Otlotleng when i asked questions she answered all of them and even told me what was the problem ,yes she/he did not fix the problem today but i got what i wanted.Get Bucks you have an asset to your company ,she is a Star and deserves a Bells:-) That's what i call 100% customer service.
