So you would swear after getting bad reviews the service wud improve, i have been chatting with keketso who advised she cant find my application asked her to check again she could not find my documents so i resend and chat with nnana advises she dont see my docs i must resend i do resend and get told same story again, i mean i emailed, whatsaped and send via online banking but they cant find it, i even confirmed email, what makes me mad is interest is calculated from day of application but you never get your money on time, but deduction date their never late, this sucks i wish i had an alternative company i could use. Same **** every month
