Getbucks....PULL UP YOUR SOCKS!!!
I have been waiting over a month to get a refund of R503, I have been holding on phone lines for over 30 minutes just to talk to someone and this more than on 2 occasions! Let's not even mention the "live chat" where you just get ignored totally! I am sure the "live chats" are run by ghosts!.... hence the long waits...
Phoning at least 3 times a week for over a month now I managed to speak to some consultants on 2 occasions and was assured the matter is being escalated and I can expect my refund any day...REALLY???? I have no idea how Getbucks is so fast to give loans but to get assistance from them after a loan was granted is just not worth the effort! It is a total nightmare as they have no phone contact details on the net.
Get Bucks pull up your socks!!!

16 Nov 2018, 15:52The service is still below standard- I have now been holding for 47 min, I was promised 2 days ago by to different consultants that this money will be paid out- what a useless company I think i have spent more time on a telephone bill than what the refund actually is- but its the principle of the matter, so disgusted with with the downgraded service get buck gives.
