Getbucks - Worst Service in South Africa - no jokes hands down

The most useless customer service in South Africa, been told the same thing for 4 days now, i am on a list and will be called later today, here we are 4 days later no phone call. Online chat employees just drop the chat as soon as you complain, customer care will repeat same thing over and over with a hell of a lot of attitude. Sometimes we have to use these types of companies but if you can please avoid doing any business with them. Anyone laid a complaint with banking ombudsman or FAIS ombudsman yet?? will be.
