Getbucks - Wolf in sheeps clothing

As many I had fallen back on payments as I had many unforseen circumstances that required cash and therefore had fallen behind. I contacted Getbucks for a payment arrange inwhich it was agreed that I pay R180.00 per month started from July (Payment arrangement was made in June). Luckily I have the emails confirming this. I stupidly arranged a debit order to go off my account for the 180.00. I had checked with the consultant I was dealing with twice to confirm if everything is in order and he said yes. I woke up this morning to find an amount of 1177.21 go off my account. How *********** are your'll and what false people. Your'll just wanted my account details to debit whatever amount your'll feel like. I will think nothing of changing my banking details and not paying a cent because of this. You arrange under false pretenses like a wolf in sheeps clothing. I want a full refund of my money or I will reverse the debit order with my bank and I will pay EFT going forward!
