Getbucks, what went wrong?

My loan was approved on the 3rd February 2020. When I followed up I was told, the new system crashed and everything must be done manually. Yesterday, you were done processing the 31st January 2020 payouts and now the system was offline (or still). I think my next installment must be delayed until your crashing financial system is back online. No-one applies for a loan because they are bored, it is a matter of a need/must/emergency. You've always been good and trusting, not anymore.
