GETBUCKS WALLET PAYOUT

Transferred funds from GetBucks wallet to bank account a week ago. Still not received - calling the customer care line is pointless , no one ever picks up - you wait the whole day.

service is so disappointing lately :( Come collection time - the debit order always goes off on the day promised! Not one single payment missed. ever. this is unfair because the interest charged will be calculated as from the day the loan was "approved" not when i actually received the money - 7 days later and counting.
