GETBUCKS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DO NOT SUPPORT THEM!!

Just to add to the already thousands of complaints. 2 WEEKS! 2 WEEKS! I have been waiting to receive a response on my loan. I've had to apply 3 times! Every time the same story. I sit the whole day on the phone trying to get through, only to be first in the que and then suddenly be told I've been moved back. I get through and the person can't even help me. Spoke to a manager and she couldn't even help me. Only to tell me at the end that you need my payslip when it's been 2 WEEKS and 2 APPLICATIONS IN! NOT ONE PERSON WILL TELL ME THIS NOT ONE PERSON HAS THE BRAINS TO COMMUNICATE THIS TO ME. NOT EVEN THE AUTOMATED SMS'S THAT THE AGENTS ON THE ONLINE CHAT KEEP REPEATING TO ME. So what do I do? I send my payslips and gets promised by a manager I will get feedback latest the next day. Well it's been 5 days since then and I am still waiting. So I app**** a 3rd time. Still no feedback. Being told the same thing by agents over and over "We've received your documents....", "A sales rep will be in contact..." I have not ONCE been contacted by get bucks I have spent so much airtime on phoning and data on waiting for an agent to respond online, to just have some agents not reply. I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR 3 YEARS not missing a payment yet this is how I am treated? Now I am told I can't get a loan? for what reason? Because I run my own business? I work ****** hard for my money and I will never not pay my debts. But if this is how GetBucks feels about their customers then they can honestly keep their petty cash and maybe put it into staff training to train their useless call center and online chat staff.
