GetBucks terrible payout process

Big shout out to sales department getting loan approved was quick and easy very helpful. My poor rating is purely for the payouts department it is absolutely terrible and it looks like I'm not the only customer based on the other complaints. I don't think people would apply for loans if it wasn't urgent or necessary but get buck payout department doesn't seem to see the urgency. The payout department need to up their game like the sales team. The sales lady who assisted me said there's a delay in payouts and today the chat agent said there technical difficulties with payout. There no communication advising no messages on the site advising there's a delay.
