Getbucks Terrible after Service

I had a Getbucks loan in 2016 and unfortunately fell behind on payments due to unforeseen reasons. I then got back on my feet after a few months and was able to make payments again, needless to say Getbucks kept on hassling me for their money everyday and even handed my over! I eventually settled the final amount with the collectors on 19 Dec'17 and was advised that my credit listing would be updated within 2 weeks, its been almost 4 months later and they still have not updated my records, which causing me to have a bad credit profile as the account is still in arrears, I no longer receive calls from them since the account is paid up, although now I have to constantly follow up with them to ensure that my details are updated and they always say ' we will get back to you! although they never do unless I call them!! Your after service is so bad once you have your money.. I will certainly never take a loan or refer someone to Getbucks because there service sucks.
