Getbucks suspends my account without validating re

I had a getbucks loan which I repaid with no issues. I tried applying for a loan yesterday and it was declined and my account suspended due to a disputed amount on my bank account. It is excessively unfair that I dont even have a chance to explain that the disputed transaction was because a company debited me for an account that I had already settled and we had an agreement that I would reverse the transaction due to the debit already being loaded on the date I paid it. I would like my account available since I would like to make use of getbucks services which are easy and efficient generally.
