Getbucks *****ing your money

I HAD A LOAN WITH GETBUCKS WITH REFERENCE L664093 WHICH AS PER CONTRACT AGREEMENT I WAS SUPPOSED TO PAY R796.50 BUT ON 15 OCT 2018, THEY DEDUCTED R890 AND I CALLED THEM AND THEIR COLLECTIONS DEPARTMENT TO RECOVER THE R97 the stole from my account. For 3 weeks now i have been told it will reflect in my account in 24 hours, other agent say after 48 hours. Still nothing, if I reverse the debit order since they bridged the contract they will be 1st to report to credit bureaus as account in arreas. Who protects consumers. I wasted almost the same amount of installment on airtime and data trying to retrieve R97. I will look at all my bank statements since I started using getbucks to see how many times the did it and reverse the debit.
