Getbucks service is getting worse by the minute

What has happened to Getbucks service recently? They used to offer me efficient service to me for the last 3 years but recently its all going pear shaped i am afraid. I app**** for a loan last week and sent the required documents but have been sent from pillar to post to get someone to finalise the application this was not the case before,the less said about the appalling service being dished out by this Tulani person on chat platform when making any inquiry the better,its totally shocking. We never got this type of shocking and pathetic services from your yesteryear consultants the likes of Michelle ,Anele , Welmar etc they went out of their way to be of assistance this Tulani person is plain rude. I have been loyal for over 3 years but my business here is clearly not appreciated.
