Getbucks - same day payouts

I app**** for a loan on the 6th of January 2020 and got approved on the 8th. Up until today, I haven't received any funds, but we have a contract already stating when my first installment will go off. After making numerous enquiries, all I get told is that they are experiencing technical difficulties, their IT are working on it, or they are offline and awaiting feedback from their Finance department, all of this are being relayed in automated responses. The worst service ever!
