Getbucks robs people

I got a loan from this company. It was approved n deposited into my wallet account held with them. I tried to transfer it into my bank account. On my wallet it shows that the funds hv been transferred to my account whereas the funds do not reflect in my account. It normally takes two hours for funds to reflect after transferring, but this time around funds took over 24 hours. I called this company from yesterday. Consultants have been telling me that they are escalating my query and this is what they say everytime when I call. All I need is the funds to be released into my account for me to utilize.
