GetBucks *******

in late August of 2014 i took out a loan with Getbucks and they were to take their money on the 25th od September 2014 only for them to double debit me. I reversed the 1 amount and let them take the other amount as agreed. I had to reverse the 1 amount as 1 can never get through to their call centre whenever you call! <br> <br> Fast forward to 2015 the have defaulted me on ITC, messing up my record!! Been sending emails statements back and forth to Tracey Mkhabise proving that i paid the dam loan and all she replies with is you reversed the amount and not mentioning the other debit that was taken by GetBucks! Her phone lines along with her company never go through and when they do they drop the call after waiting 20min???! <br> <br> i want my record clear on ITC, i have repaid that loan and shouldn't have been debited twice! Do not use these guys, they will rip you off!
