Getbucks payout

I have app**** for a loan and it was approved on 10 February 2020. Si ce then i have received no payout of the loan. The reasons given is They are ofline They have a back lock Maybe it will be paid this week Really this is not acceptable and nobody can give you a definite answer. I have dealt with getbuck prevoius but this is the worst experience i ever had.
