Getbucks payments

I'm very disappointed with Getbucks, my loan was approved on Monday the 9th of september 2019, I received a message saying that ABSA and capitec have a slight delay in receiving fund as they pay from FNB, it's now been 4 days and still no payment, I called the call centre and was advised that they have an issue with their payouts and will hopefully be resolved today but I must bear in mind that they will start with payments from last week as they back logged, so its seems like I'm only going to receive the funds next week, I asked them what happens with the interest and the lady says they dont charge interest in the 1st five days, my loan is obviously only going to be paid out after 5 days, so in actual fact I'm paying interest for something I fobt have. I urgently needed this money for a medical expense and had I known it would take so long I would have used someone else. This is not fair, they say apply for a loan anywhere any time and getbucks in minutes.
