Getbucks once again has not paid as per contract and agreement

Getbucks has once again approved my payday load paid it to my wallet and I transferred to my FNB account to date a week later nothing , they charge per day and quick to load a debit order on your account but I still have not received my funds as per agreement and contract , they always have IT / System problems why was I not notified before the loan was issued , I will definitely be taking this to the Ombudsman and suggest everyone else raises this as well it is absolutely shocking and ridiculous , service is beyond terrible.
