Getbucks, not the place to go

Getbucks is probably the most misguided and laziest short term loan company under the sun. I've app**** for a loan on Wednesday 05/12/2018, today is Saturday 08/12/2018 and I still haven't received any feedback to whether its approved or anything (totaly different to the so called "service" they boast about)... I have phoned and got through twice on 06/12/2018 and 07/12/2018 , and I was told my application will be "Escalated ". Second time I got through, I was told that there is a "3 day backlog on payments" apparently, all of a sudden but still no feedback whether I've been approved or not, or anything regarding my loan application... today I've tried numerous times, staying on the line for a minimum of 10 minutes and sometimes as long as 18 minutes with nobody answering.. and as soon as the automated call service tells me I'm number 1 or number 2 in line to be helped, I mysteriously get moved to number 6 or 7 in the que to be helped all of a sudden... worst service I've ever encountered. They can thank the good Lord there was no physical que involving me standing in it... I would strongly advise anyone to NOT do business with "Getbucks", as I do not believe that God created anyone of us in this universe with enough patience to deal with "Getbucks customer service"...
