Getbucks non trustworthy

Getbucks decides to debit my account today even though my contract states debit order FROM THE 23rd. I have contacted Getbucks and requested my debit order to be changed as I only pay on the 27th of each month. Still waiting for the collections supervisor to call me back. Even if the 23rd falls on a Sunday, my CONTRACT clearly states debit order from 23rd. I pay interest for every day that my loan is outstanding. So who is pocketing the extra two days interest? Getbucks is ************* and should inform their clients timeously if they place a debit order on your account to be deducted earlier or give you the option for the next Monday to have the debit order be activated. Normal consumers budget on a day to day basis till next pay day. This unapproved decision is totally unacceptable and I will warn consumers to ensure that their debit orders should be loaded according to your salary date - NOT THE DATE THAT GETBUCKS DECIDE ON. So Getbucks. I want my money back in my account today. I have NOT AUTHORISED A DEBIT ORDER FOR THE 21st FROM MY ACCOUNT!!
