Getbucks no payout

I app**** for a loan with Getbucks on the 27th November 2018, checked out the Getbucks wallet on the 1st November 2018. Today is the 8th November the cash money has not reflected in my account. I`ve raised the issue with their online consultants, who advises that they are behind with payment and theres a system, what ******* is this. I am so disgusted by this, bet they would never miss collecting an installment. How do I cancel this loan and go elsewhere.
