GetBucks... More like GetF#$%ed

Back in September 2014 I had taken out a loan with Get Bucks.<br> <br> I had set up a debit order for the 25th of that month.<br> <br> For months I received no notification regarding this and assumed that I don't owe them any more money.<br> <br> I spoke to a consultant on the live chat who advised that the payment had gone through and there were no <br> issues.<br> <br> I also sent multiple mails to them to please confirm that my DO had gone through with no response.<br> <br> Now more than 7 months later, I receive a notification stating that I will be handed over if I do not arrange payment for this. (THIS WAS THE FIRST NOTIFICATION I RECEIVED)<br> <br> It seems to me like they are keeping accounts open without the knowledge of the consumer in order to garner interest on the account before simply handing them over to lawyers to intimidate them into paying.<br> <br> This all seems very ********** to me, and attempts from GetBucks have gone unexplained - I was simply told that I would have to pay by the end of the month.<br> <br> No apology. No Explanation.
