Getbucks makes people pay one debt twice

GetBucks has sold my account to Nimble group, and Nimble group has placed that account on my credit report, but get bucks is still debiting my account every month, the same debt is appearing twice on my credit report and that is affecting my credit score. I have emailed them several times, asking them to remove the listing on my profile but they do not want.
