Getbucks & MacRobert law incompetance and theft

All of my GetBucks debt has been paid off via ETF wire on the 13th of March this year to MacRobert lawfirm. A few weeks after I sent an email to ********** with proof of payment asking for them to confirm it, yet NO response from them. In the beginning of June I had a look at my credit report online and to my great surprise I still found it outstanding. I called Getbucks on the 5th of June and was refereed to different numbers and departments and at the end they asked me to send the proof of payment to ********** which I have done, yet also no response from them in almost two months! To my utter surprise I received a sms from Getbucks this morning that they tried to deduct the amount that was already paid on 13th of March, plus interest (!) from my account! This is clearly against the NCR law and constitutes theft from the law firm and gross incompetence from the side of Getbucks. Both of them should face penalties for this at the very least. Avoid both of them like the plague!
