GetBucks Loan payout taking forever

I app**** for a loan on the 19th of Nov 2020. I was told there would be a delay for people who use other banks other than FNB. I use FNB so there was not supposed to be much of a delay for me.

I first it was that the technicians are working on the payment system. Then I was told that the finance department would update the online chat agents. How long do we really have to wait?

Can someone in Finance please say something
