getbucks is the worst

my getbucks loan amounts go off on debit order. know suddenly they said, im in arrears with my account. every single month the debit order goes off, there was never a problem. now suddly therr is. my name is getting bad know, bwcause it shows that I dont pay my stuff. I mailed th several times, but norhong not one reply. I want this fixed
