GETBUCKS IS ********** COMPANY SUCKING ON PEOPLE TO MAKE MONEY

I firstly received a call from the Getbuck lawyer or Accounts department for all care and I was asked when would I make a payment regarding the loan I took. I was puzzle about the whole thing because I have never taken any loan with any financial institutions, I explained to the consultant that I know nothing about a loan and It is the first time I have been told that I once took a loan with any financial organization. I then asked when was the loan taken and I was told it was taken in the year 2015 in April and I also asked how did I apply for the loan because it's the first time I have heard of Getbuck and she couldn't answer me , I then asked her to send me a detailed document that has my signature of the loan that I took or if they could send me a call that I made on the day that I supposebly took the loan with them, I never received either one of the two request I made . Some time last week I received a call from the lawyers advising me that I need to pay the loan or they will hand me over , I then asked them to send me the very same things I asked before and I will also take it over with my lawyers after they have sent me the document of me taking that loan with them and the consultant asked for my email which I gave it up and she sent me a letter of demand and I had seven working days to pay the Money or they will hand me over. I have since asked for proof which in have not received until this day but I'm expected to pay for a loan I know nothing about and It has taken them two year to make a follow up on an outstanding payment which also to me is suspicious of this so call Getbuck financial organization. I would really appreciate if they could do a proper investigate of who took this loan with them because it was not me and that before they make give people loan they should be able to verify if that person is who they claim to be , because now they are busy threatening us for all their wrong doing and not making sure that the individual who's asking for a loan is who they claim to be..this is a case of ********** Identification and for some.strange reason I have never lost my I.D document not even once. So how is it that they were able to give someone else a loan who used my indentity even when I have never lost my I.D ? What did they use to verify my details. It's seems like Getbucks is a ********** financial service providers and they will do.anything to.make money.
