Getbucks is **********

I took a loan with getbucks last month which was paid out the same day. The next day they said i qualify for more and i app**** and got an approved sms. The moeny wasnt paid out so i called the call centre who told me that the moneywill be paid out later that day. The next day it still wasnt and i went online and saw that the loan was cancelled. I app**** again and received an sms again and i called the call centre and the lady told me that the system made a mistake and i wont get the money, which i said is fine. The 20th of march i get an sms for the loan which i took that the debit order will go off. Just after that i get another sms for the loan's debit order that i never received. I called them on monday but nobody could help me as they are ***********. I called the whole day and nobody sorted it out, telling me they were waiting for a bank statement which nobody eeeeever told me about! The debit order went off for that loan and i had to call my bank to reverse it. I received an sms from getbucks that i *****ulenly cancelled my debit order with the bank.
