Getbucks is continuing with ********** activity

In September there were amounts of around R11000 deducted from my account. I opened a police case no with an affidavit and a statement. All the documents were sent to Koketso from Getbucks to advise that someone is using my ID, Name and Bank Account no. <br> No one from Getbucks responded to me. <br> And again it happened on 19 October 2015.<br> If they were advised, why are they supporting a ******** to give them money from my account ?<br>
